Our Blister, Card and Packing

As part of its end of line packaging facility, Nu-image invested during 2007 in a range of Vacuum forming equipment including cutters and heat sealers to enable the company to offer a heat sealed blister carding facility to its current and future customers.

Nu-Image produces its own Vacuum formed Blisters to enable a variety of products especially for the consumer market to be securely displayed in store. Products can be displayed in the conventional heat sealed blister or indeed by displaying products within a trapped blister system.

The flexibility of our automated machine allows us to offer the service of creating blisters on a contract basis allowing customers to heat seal their own blister packs should they wish. There are very few restraints in what products can be displayed in this manner. The flexibility of the equipment makes the set up more suitable and affordable for new and limited quantity product launch.

We particularly find that our approach to finding solutions for our customers applications and ability to Vacform on site helps us to reduce costs and lead times.
