Our Bottle Filling

Nu Image has the capacity and ability to process the filling/decoration of a variety of bottles and vials from a 1ml fill to some 500-1000ml capacity. As the need requires our filling and dosing systems often deliver measured fill volumes to an accuracy of some 0.1g, we therefore are confident in maintaining requirements of weights and measures quite comfortably.

The systems used to process the variety in shapes and size of bottle and of course closure are very flexible both in terms of automation and process methods. These processing methods allow us to adapt very quickly to not only start up business to include sampling but long standing volume production also.
