Our Tube Filling

Nu Image has the capability of filling a variety of squeeze tubes to include Aluminium, Aluminium Barrier Laminate (ABL) tubes, Plastic and Plastic Barrier laminate (PBL) tubes. We fill a variety of compounds into this selection of tubes to include adhesives, sealants, cleaners and polishes and other chemical products. With all wetted parts of the dosing group manufactured from Stainless Steel 316 it suggests our machine capability is unlimited

Our fully automated and semi automated tube filling and sealing machinery is well established currently providing a great service to our customers.

Our tube filling volumes range from some 13ml to 250ml capacity with viscosities varying from liquids thro creams to paste.

Nu-image can take the often time consuming task of sourcing the most suitable tube and assisting in the decor design and type approval providing a one stop service from concept to point of display.
