Our Cartridge and Syringe filling

Nu Image has a variety of filling machines many of which have been either adapted to perform a multitude of filling requirements or indeed machines designed and manufactured internally with specific applications in mind. These machines are also designed to fill a variety of single and two component adhesives into cartridges and syringes.

We have extensive experience in filling all types of single and two component cartridges with varied product chemistries to include Epoxy Resin, MMA, 2 component Polyurethanes and other forms of adhesive and sealants. All available mix ratios of proprietory cartridges either side by side or co-axial, plus Universal and similar cartridge types based on the 310ml cartridge size are all possible.

All of our filling machines are generally developed in order to be adapted not only to suit varying degrees of automation but also with our customers materials in mind. Our wealth of experience, systems and machinery also give us an advantage of being able to cope with many differing types of single and two component materials, to include syringes and cartridges, from the standard 310ml style cartridge to the more technical styles and sizes of the 2 component cartridges and syringes from 2 x 1,5ml up to 2 x 750ml or more.

Machinery available to us include both gravity and pressure fed systems of a pneumatic, hydraulic and parasteltic dispensing systems that allow us to handle a multitude of customers own products. Our Hydraulic systems often operate at some 100tons of pressure
